Holiday Weight

Lately I’ve been having a lot of trouble motivating myself to work out. I have to say, diet pills are starting to look really tempting. I’m eating pretty healthy for the most part. Still practicing portion control and eating wholesome food. But the holidays are upon us and so are the amazing and fattening comfort foods that everyone serves. I’ve got to figure out a way to increase my workouts. That or dress up as Santa. Ha!
