The closer I get to my 30s, the slower my metabolism seems to get. Before I start contemplating do diet pills work, I decided I needed to get back into running. I’m hoping between running/jogging, a little bit of weight lifting, and eating right, that I will finally be able to lose these pesky pounds I’ve added on in the past couple of years. The first couple of days of running so far have been painful, but hopefully I’ll get back into a routine. I’ve got my 10 year high school reunion looming in front of me this summer and I’m using that as my motivation!
