I’ve been trying to trim up a bit before this summer. I work out regularly and my husband and I try to eat healthy. The one guilty pleasure I have is dessert. I have a wicked sweet tooth and I have trouble refraining from eating sugar. But slowly I’ve started cutting back on my sweets. Instead of eating dessert every night, I only eat it on the weekends. I’m already noticing a change. It looks like I’ve been taking usp labs pink magic or something but really it’s just cutting back on that sugar. I also notice the more I refrain from eating it, the less I crave it. It’s like an addiction and I think I’m starting to kick it!
