I love the costumes, the two worlds, the magic, the mystery. If I could be a guest star I would have such a great time on the show. I want to wear the fancy dresses. I’m thinking I would like to play Sleeping Beauty. She hasn’t made an appearance on the show, but I have no doubt that she will.

Tonight’s episode with the Mad Hatter was sort of freaky. I’m not a big Alice in Wonderland fan anyways, and I knew Once would make it even creepier than it already is.

I did love that Jefferson aka The Mad Hatter knows about the stories. I wonder how long it will take for Emma to be a believer. Henry has shown her time and again that his stories have a lot of truth behind them. Yet she’s still ever the skeptic. But at the end of this episode we start to see what may be a glimmer of belief cross her face. I can only hope she gets on board and starts believing in fairytale.

I love this show. It’s getting better and better. Does anyone else watch it? I love the mix of modern day with fairy tales. This episode centered around Snow White and her Prince Charming. It shows the history of how Prince Charming was forced to become engaged to King Midas’s daughter. He was even given titanium rings for their wedding. Luckily he met Snow White and ended up with her instead.

Then there’s the modern day version of Snow White and Prince Charming. He’s David, he has amnesia, and doesn’t want to be with his wife. He leaves her for Snow, aka Mary, is conflicted because David has professed his love. She wants to be with him, but she doesn’t want to be a homewrecker.

Of course the evil witch, aka Mayor, gets involved and tries to lead him astray. So he ends up in Rumpelstiltskin’s shop where his memory is jogged. He ends up going back to his wife and breaking Mary’s heart. Not the happy ending I was hoping for at all. Hopefully next week brings better luck for the folks of Storybrook.

It’s all of my favorite old stories combined in one show. I think when this show comes out on dvds they’ll make great romantic birthday gifts for girlfriends and wives. We’re probably the main viewers. Well, that and teenager girls. I think that’s why I like the show so much. It reminds me of when I was a dorky teen.

The little boy who searches for his birth mother is adorable. The actress who plays Snow White’s daughter Emma was Zoey on How I Met Your Mother. I hated her on that show, but so far I really like her on this show. Check it out, it’s worth a peek.

I love all of the actors, their characters crack me up, and the show doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard. The actors are dressed normally; they don’t have the token black guy wearing hip hop clothing trying to be street. They are just normal people. It’s a group of friends, and two of the friends are supposed to get married but she runs out on him on their wedding day. The show is about how they all try to stay friends despite this huge change in their lives. It’s a lot funnier than the premise makes it sound, I promise!

I’ve been watching reruns of Samantha Who. I really miss this show and I can’t believe it’s not on the air anymore. Christina Applegate is HILARIOUS! I love her innocence and discovering new things. She’s like a teenage girl shopping for her first prom dresses.

Some of my favorite Samantha-isms:

Samantha: (voiceover) When they write the book of my life, what section will I be in? Mystery? Horror? Romance? Or just misfiled and jammed in the back under military history?

Samantha: I was reading an article the other day, by which I mean I was watching tv, and it said that happiness comes from realizing which things in life you just can’t control and then controlling them, even if it kills you. That might not have been the lesson. I was flipping around.

Regina: Remember when you wanted a trampoline until you hit your head on a beehive?
Samantha: Why would you put a trampoline underneath a beehive?
Regina: To stop you from jumping too high!

I’m glad the writers at least wrapped up the show and had Samantha get together with Todd at the end.

I love the quirkiness of this show and I really hope it survives. Matt is Ben Donovan, the manager of a sports arena (how fun would that job be?). His life is stressful and thankless, and he’s kind of miserable. In one scene, where he uses bolt cutters to open the main gate that everyone else forgot about, he keeps repeating, “I went to college, I went to college.” I get that feeling whenever I have to do some awful task that is well beneath my intelligence.

The characters of the show are too funny. Alice is Ben’s love interest who is dating his friend Alonzo. She was adorable on Better Off Ted and I’m happy to see her on another show. Stupid ABC for canceling Better Off Ted. I really hope they don’t drop the ball and cancel this one.

I have three weddings to look forward to this summer. I’m excited because while my wedding was amazing, I am really looking forward to being the guest and not the guest of honor.
All of these weddings to look forward to has me watching all kinds of wedding shows on WeTV.

My favorite right now is My Fair Wedding with David Tutera. He always helps brides out that have a theme where they’ve gone overboard and he reins them in. He overhauls everything from the bridesmaid dresses, to the dress, to the flowers, even the centerpieces. I love watching the themes. It would be so much fun to have a themed party. Maybe not a wedding, but a 30th birthday or something. I watched a great episode recently for an Alice in Wonderland themed wedding. It was crazy!

Haddie’s grandma Camille finally tells Haddie it’s time for her to go home. They have a nice talk and it seems to sink in to Haddie. Adam and Sarah talk about Haddie and how she’s doing and Adam says how much he misses her. Later on in the show, Haddie does come home, and the look on her mom’s face is so beautiful. They are just so happy to have her home, and Christina holds back tears as she tells Haddie to come eat.

Later Haddie “casually” runs into Alex while out with Amber and Max. Max comes home and spills the beans to his parents because he wants to play basketball again with Alex. You know Alex is the type of guy that has a lot of sport trophies. The guy as Max puts it, “is really really good at basketball. He’s a way better teacher than you dad.” I feel sorry for Adam because you can tell it hurts his feelings that his son rather learn sports from someone else.

Christina and Adam sit down with Haddie and have an adult discussion about her seeing Alex and agree that it is ok with some ground rules. I was proud of the Bravermans for having a real conversation and not doing that loud overtalk of each other that they always do. Haddie is thrilled and almost knocks her parents over with hugging them. Then later in the episode Christina, Adam, Max and Haddie head to the park and meet Alex. I love that instead of Adam struggling against Alex he decides to embrace his basketball skills and they all play a game. It was such a beautiful scene, and I could tell Alex was touched by the gesture.

Meanwhile there’s a different kind of homecoming going on with Drew and Amber. Their deadbeat druggie dad Seth is back. He meets Drew for lunch and Drew you can tell adores his dad. Amber gets in a fight with Drew about him seeing Seth and tells him about all of the horrible stuff that Seth did. My heart breaks for Amber because I can identify only too well with a deadbeat dad who wasn’t around much. Amber ends up taking Drew to see one of Seth’s shows. Seth sings a song about his children that of course seems to melt Amber’s heart. But after the show when they talk it is very strained and she ends up taking Drew home early. I liked that scene because it’s real. An absent dad can’t just sing a song and make it all better, it takes time.

I wonder if Seth will be a reoccurring character and if Zeek’s suspicions are true that Sarah does still have feelings for him. There wasn’t much happening with Julia this episode, they only had a brief cameo in this week’s episode. Crosby and Jasmine had a big story and one that I definitely didn’t like. Jasmine has become over the top controlling, changing everything about the wedding, and not allowing Crosby to make any decisions. Then they go to pre-marriage counseling as required by the church, and Crosby isn’t really getting a word in. You can see that Crosby is starting to get cold feet and I’m really sad to see it. At the same time, Jasmine could loosen up a little bit. Adam gives great advice to Crosby: “Marriage changes you. Deal with it.” He also points out that Jasmine grounds Crosby, and he is loosens her up, and that they are good for each other. Unfortunately Crosby seems to think that Jasmine grounds him to the point of stifling him. He gets in a fight with Jasmine and ends up sleeping on his house boat, surrounded by take out and beer bottles.

The previews for next week make me think there may not be a wedding. Damnit Crosby, it’s time to grow up!

I’m guessing he did this because the trial is so close to Meredith’s heart.

Meanwhile Sloan is dealing with Callie’s pregnancy. He’s not sure how to tell Little Grey, and Arizona is angry but is dealing with it. I’m happy those two are back together.

I love Chief Webber’s confusion about twitter and him calling them “Bailey’s Teets”. I couldn’t help but laugh. I also love that the twitter people help during a surgery. As much as I hate twitter sometimes, it is true that it can be a great tool for getting information back and forth quickly. If you watch the news you can see how true that is.

Christina is back and better than ever. I love that her bedside manner has gotten better from her time away.

Back to Callie’s pregnancy: I can’t help but empathize with her and her pregnancy worries. My body doesn’t always perform the way I want it to, and I’m definitely nervous about when I do decide to have a child. I will want to do everything right and make sure the baby grows healthy and happy.
The moment she hears the heartbeat and we see Arizona smile, we know she’s on board and she isn’t going to bail this time.

I love that Alex admits that Meredith would be much better suited for the Alzheimer’s case study. He says that she’s the only one twisted enough to do it. He also mentions he’s in the running for Chief Resident and he’s kicking ass so far. I can definitely see him as Chief Resident.

Arizona moves Callie’s stuff back in and tells her to shut up and admit that they are together. I love that she’s on board.

Mark tells Lexie that Callie is having his baby. They finally get back together and they are right back in the position they were when they first broke up. I have to say I’m a little more than miffed at Lexie. Mark is doing the right thing and taking responsibility for his child, which is a lot more than most would do in that situation. Instead of applauding him for it, she yells at him and storms out. I hope she grows up just a touch and decides she wants to be with him, baby and all.
