I will say that the birthday scene is exactly as I pictured it. Unfortunately, the scene where Bella is attacked in the woods is definitely not. She figures out what he is long after that scene. I figured they’d make some changes from the book to adapt to a movie, but this one was a bit disappointing. How Bella has to guess what Jacob is, that’s a huge part of the story. Hopefully they will cut some of the emo drama from Bella’s character in this movie. It’s by far my least favorite book in the series, but sort of a “necessary evil” to get to book 3, Eclipse, which is my favorite.

Even though they changed the storyline, I have to admit the movie still looks badass. I can’t wait to see it. Here’s the trailer, tell me, what do you think of the changes?
